About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our Luxury Hospitality Group’s technology strategy, ensuring operational stability and digital transformation across multiple business units and locations. As a Group IT Manager, you will be responsible for developing IT policies, managing budgets, and overseeing team performance, while bridging technical operations with strategic company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop IT policies, manage budgets, and oversee team performance
- Define Group-wide IT standards, SOPs, and policies
- Develop long-term IT strategies and technology roadmaps
- Oversee servers, networks, and end-user devices across all sites
- Strengthen cybersecurity and conduct risk assessments
- Ensure uptime and performance of core systems (e.g., ERP, SAP)
- Lead, mentor, and train IT staff, driving innovation
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts
- Produce and analyse IT performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in IT with expertise in ORACLE & PMS (Opera/Prologic) and remote connectivity (Starlink/Satellite)
- Cybersecurity for guest data and centralized server management skills
- Proficiency in network management, cloud solutions, and system administration
