A luxury 5-star lodge located near the Kruger National Park is seeking a professional and service-driven Guest Concierge to join its team. This role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service in a world-class hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised guest services, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
- Assist with guest itineraries, safari schedules and activity bookings.
- Handle guest requests and enquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Coordinate with lodge departments to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of communication and guest relations throughout the stay.
- Support the lodge team in creating memorable experiences that reflect the propertys luxury standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role within luxury hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
