Head Bartender | Dubai | Luxury Beach Club An exclusive beach club at a renowned 5-star hotel in Dubai is seeking a talented and experienced HEAD BARTENDER to lead its bar operations. This is a high-profile role in a vibrant, guest-focused environment where creativity, precision, and luxury service come together. Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off Accommodation: Not provided (relocation support available) Requirements: Proven experience as Head Bartender or senior bar role in luxury hospitality Strong knowledge of premium spirits, cocktails, and bar operations Experience in venues serving alcohol is essential Excellent guest service and team leadership skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end beach club setting Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Compensation Package: Base Salary: AED 6;500/month Tips: AED 2;0004;000/month Service Charge: Approx.
