We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Guide / Senior Guide to join a prestigious luxury lodge. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences in the bush. Requirements: FGASA Level 1 or higher (Level 2/3 advantageous) Valid PDP and First Aid certificate Rifle proficiency and DEAT registration preferred Minimum 3 years guiding experience in a Big 5 reserve Excellent guest interaction and hosting skills Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior guides Responsibilities: Lead and conduct daily game drives and guided bush walks Manage and support the guiding team Ensure guest safety and deliver an unforgettable safari experience Oversee vehicle maintenance, sightings reports, and guiding standards Package: Competitive salary (depending on experience) Live-in accommodation and meals provided Fantastic working environment in a renowned reserve
