About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our dynamic retail organization as Head of Treasury. As a strategic finance expert with expertise in treasury operations and foreign exchange management, you will be responsible for safeguarding liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

Lead all treasury operations, including daily cash flow management, liquidity planning, and forecasting.
Oversee local and foreign currency bank accounts and ensure the accurate, timely processing of all payments.
Manage import payment processes and ensure compliance with Termo de Compromisso (TC) requirements.
Monitor FX exposures, negotiate rates with banks, and minimize foreign exchange losses.
Develop and maintain strong banking relationships and negotiate favourable terms for facilities.
Implement treasury policies aligned with internal controls and corporate governance standards.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of treasury management experience, preferably in retail or importing organizations.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, import/export documentation, FX markets, and cash management.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Kerridge K8 advantageous).
Professional certification (CPA, CTP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
