About the Role
The Centurion: Utilities Recovery Controller will play a crucial role in ensuring that utility costs are recovered accurately and efficiently for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and deadline-driven individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Utility cost recovery and bill verification
- Review and capture smart and manual meter readings
- Prepare and validate monthly utility billing files for upload into MDA/MRI
- Pre-billing checks and tenant utility recoveries
- Upload tenant utility slips and prepare monthly net utilities reports
- Reconcile municipal accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor tenant changes and meter reading instructions
- Liaise with councils and service providers; monitor SLA performance
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma (Senior Certificate essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail/commercial utilities administration
- Strong numerical and financial aptitude
- Knowledge of municipal legislation and utility regulations
- Computer literate; experience with meter reading software and property systems
- Fully bilingual (verbal and written)
