Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Professional Welcoming of Guest, Professional Guest check-in and check-out. Guest billing and accounts. Cashiering and related administration, Assisting with Reservations, Night Audit, Dealing professionally and effectively with Guest requests and complaints. Personality Traits Friendly, Calm, Patient, Empathetic, Team Orientated, Excellent Communication and Observation Skills, Positive Attitude, Honest and Principal Orientated, Excellent Problem- Solving Skills, Self Control, Ability to work under Pressure. Qualifications Grade 12/Matric. Minimum 2 years Front Office and Night Audit experience with a well recognised Hotel, Level 2 National Qualification. Skills Excellent Internal Communicator. Excellent Computer Skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential. Knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems preferably Micros OPERA is essential. Hotel Online Reservations experience.
