Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 or equivalent Hospitality Management qualification advantageous Minimum 3 years experience within luxury 4- or 5-star hotels or upscale restaurants as a Restaurant Manager or Outlet Manager. (Essential) Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Proficiency in Micros Simphony, Opera, and Dineplan Proven financial acumen and experience with budgeting, cost control, and reporting Ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistent excellence during peak service times Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations across the dinner service restaurant, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.
