About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in South Africa. With 25 years of experience in HR, preferably in mining or heavy industry, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes, as well as payroll input and benefits administration. You will also draft employment agreements, maintain employee files, leave, and attendance records, and support management with performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures.
Key Responsibilities

- Management of resources in the mine
- Ensure compliance with South African labour laws, BCEA, LRA, and EE requirements

Requirements
- 25 years of experience in HR generalist roles
- Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EE, and Skills Development legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, Sage Pastel payroll systems)
- Ability to work independently
- Must be medically fit
