A boutique Destination Management Company based in Cape Town , curating tailor-made luxury journeys across Southern and Eastern Africa for discerning international travellers is looking for a talented Inbound Travel Consultant who brings creativity, passion and precision to every journey and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Duties: Design and manage bespoke itineraries across South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Mozambique Communicate with international travel advisors and partners, ensuring every detail reflects our luxury standards Prepare accurate quotations, confirm supplier bookings and manage files from enquiry to completion Contribute creative ideas and destination insight to elevate the client experience Collaborate within a small, dynamic team that values quality, authenticity and long-term relationships Your Growth Path: Begins as a half-day role (±4 hours/day) during the onboarding phase to learn our systems and approach After the initial onboarding, the position continues as a half-day remote (work-from-home) role, allowing flexibility while staying closely connected with our Cape Town team Grows into a full-time position once independence and accuracy are demonstrated Offers increasing responsibility, creative input and professional development within the luxury inbound sector Requirements: Grade 12 A formal travel and tourism qualification Minimum 2 years’ inbound travel experience (preferably within a DMC or tour operator) Excellent written and spoken English Strong Southern Africa product knowledge and an exceptional eye for detail Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced industry Creative, passionate and precise in your approach Solution-driven problem solver with strong organizational skills Warm, service-oriented personality and collaborative team spirit Genuine passion for luxury travel and creating meaningful guest experiences Based in Cape Town or surrounding areas Why Join Us: Be part of a boutique company where your ideas truly matter and your work directly shapes the guest experience Collaborate with a team known for authenticity, precision and personal touch Enjoy mentorship, creative freedom and a clear growth path toward a senior luxury travel role
