Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization – Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving – Collect and interpret operational data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Project Support & Implementation – Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring improvement projects, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with production, supply chain, and quality teams to streamline operations and improve overall system performance.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BEng Bachelor’s degree (University Degree Non-negotiable)
• Enterprise Resource Planning Experience experience
• Material Management module experience
• Process Improvement
• Process mapping and analysis
• Process re-engineering
