Job Title: Innovation Lead for Naval Ship – Signatures & Vulnerability
Location: Netherlands

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in naval ship systems and vulnerability analysis.
- Strong understanding of radar cross-section, acoustic signatures, and stealth technology.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a technical innovation role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead research and development in ship signatures and vulnerability assessment techniques.
- Develop innovative solutions to improve naval ship security against detection and attack.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement new technologies in naval ship systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability studies to inform design decisions.
- Provide technical guidance on signature management during ship design and operational stages.
