• Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Industrial/Vocational Education, Engineering, or Science + 4 years industrial training experience (2 years in Electrical  preferred).
• Associate degree/Equivalent + 6 years industrial training experience (2 years in Electrical preferred).
• Craft-Certified (No Degree) + 8 years field experience (2 years in Electrical preferred). Professional trainer certification preferred.

General Requirements (All Instructors):

• Minimum 4 years of recent experience.
• High level of computer proficiency.
• Experience with smart learning technologies is preferred.

? Employment Details

• Place of Work: High Training Institute – Dammam/Dhahran (with possible relocation to other cities).
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
• Contract Duration: 1-year contract, renewable annually.
• Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary of 7,500 – 12,000 SAR per month, plus:
• Performance bonus (up to 3 months).
• Allowances: 25% housing, 10% transportation, and 1,000 SAR food allowance (single-status contracts).

• Candidates must be able to pay their own Work Visa upfront (cost reimbursed upon successful commencement of employment).
• Relocation assistance: flights, accommodation, and allowances provided.
