• Manage an assigned portfolio of house accounts effectively and accurately
• Handle incoming client queries and sales leads, quoting as required
• Act as a liaison between clients and operations, including booking services and resolving issues
• Manage tender processes from start to finish
• Monitor and maintain commodity pricing, conducting market visits quarterly
• Maintain and update all client contracts, reports, and internal documentation
• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue and improve client satisfaction
• Support the Depot and Sales Managers with accurate monthly reports and sales data

Requirements:

• Matric (Senior Certificate)
• Computer literate – especially with Microsoft Office
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or client service environment
• Relevant tertiary education in sales/marketing (advantageous)
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license
