About the Role
RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Development Representative to join a well-established concern in Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential brand clients, introducing them to our sampling proposition, and generating interest among our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential brand clients via email and social media to introduce our sampling solutions
- Identify and research potential brand clients that align with our sampling proposition
- Conduct targeted outreach to brands to understand their needs and qualify them as potential clients
- Secure meetings and calls with decision-makers at brands to discuss our sampling proposition in more detail
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide necessary information to facilitate successful sales discussions
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools
Requirements
- Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle (transport)
- Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet)
- Relatable experience in sales development or a similar role is a strong advantage
- Bubbly and energetic personality is essential for this role
Qualifications
- Grade 12 certification
