Our client in the Telecommunications industry is looking for an IT Network Administrator for the vacant position in their Institute

Duties/ Knowledge:
• Role:

o IT Network support for servers and desktops and connectivity

o Ordering of computer supplies from suppliers

o Reporting to customers and staff on issues and resolutions
• Responsibilities:

o Look after the company IT Network

o Trouble shooting systems to diagnose issues and get them resolved

o Ordering Computer suppliers and ensuring that backup hardware is available for spares
• Knowledge:

o 1-2 Years’ experience Min as an IT administrator in an established environment

o Pastel Evolution Knowledge

o Office 365 Experience for Office, Outlook, and Teams min

o All windows Server platforms

o SQL Knowledge a bonus

o Active Directory Experience

o Virtual Server Experience

o Mikrotik /Sophos Firewall Knowledge

o IP Camera systems

o Tag Systems

o Helpdesk Systems

o Knowledge on all forms of connectivity e.g. Wireless, 3G, APN, Fibre, etc

o Android, Apple, Blackberry, and windows mobile knowledge

o Knowledge of IT best practices for change control, implementations etc

Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12
• Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in IT administration, MCSE, etc
• Experience: 1-2 years IT network administration experience

Requirements:
• Must have own car and valid driver’s license
• Responsible, trustworthy, and honest
