About the Role

We are seeking a Field Technician with engineering expertise to join our team based in Witbank. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and resolving issues in a progressive manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Control, order, and reconcile own stock on a daily basis
  • Assist clients at their premises
  • Resolve issues progressively
  • Be punctual
  • Excel under pressure

Requirements

  • Matric complete and technical qualification (e.g. electrician preferred)
  • Computer literate
  • 1 year of working experience (training will be provided)
  • Fluent in English
  • In possession of a valid driver’s license
  • In possession of own reliable vehicle
  • In possession of own smart phone
  • In possession of own laptop/computer
  • Criminal record free
  • Able to pass polygraph test on a regular basis

Our client in the Telecommunication Industry is seeking a Field Technician to join their team in Nelspruit. The successful candidate will serve clients by providing technical onsite support on a wide basis, including Wi-Fi, communications, and machine-to-machine products, country-wide.
