Job Summary

Location: 

  • Randburg-Johannesburg 

Requirements:

 

  • Bcom Accounting
  • 2-3 years experience in similar role from an accounting firm
  • Sage Accounting and Payroll
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • SARS E-Filling
  • Tax returns experience
  • Easyfile 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for undertaking all production accounting activities, inlcuding preparation of financial statement and taxation requirements
  • Deliver associated quality, professional outcomes
  • Knowledge of taxation, bookkeeping and admin procedures
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements of Sole Proprietors, Partnerships, Trusts, Companies and Close Coorporations
  • Preparation of Income Tax Returns for Individuals (with and without Rental Properties, Investments, Sole Proprietorships, Itemized Deductions, etc, Close Corporations, Sole Traders, Partnerships and Trusts
  • e-Filling processing of all tax returns and administration
  • Assisting with the clients payroll when required
  • Assisting with the clients bookkeeping and monthly reporting
  • Processing accounting data
  • Assisting with the Workflow Scheduling
  • Setting up and collating tax returns jobs
  • Assisting with the SARS client correpondence and queries 
  • Work with a team of Accountants
