Job Description
Behind every successful business is someone who understands the story behind the numbers. Someone who can look at data, ask the right questions, and help turn information into better decisions.
A growing company in the logistics and supply chain industry is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join their team in Constantia. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who enjoys working with data, understanding how operations work, and contributing to the bigger picture of how a business runs.
You will be joining a small, collaborative team, where your work will be visible and valued. Rather than being one small piece of a large corporate machine, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, contribute ideas, and help improve the way financial and operational data is used within the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is naturally analytical, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a strong foundation in financial analysis.

-
Working closely with a small team to ensure transparency and accountability in financial reporting
What Were Looking For
-
A degree in Finance, BCom, BFin or similar (Honours advantageous)
-
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
-
Comfort working with data, reports, and spreadsheets
-
An interest in financial analysis and business operations
-
A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks
-
Someone resilient and adaptable who works well in a smaller team environment
Exposure to CFA studies, financial analysis, portfolio management, or supply chain management would be advantageous but is not essential.

Based in Constantia, Cape Town
-
Flexible working hours
-
Primarily office-based, with occasional work-from-home flexibility
-
A small team environment where collaboration and accountability are important
