Hospitality and Outdoor- New Vacancy- Lodge Management Couple 5* Remote Beach Lodge- Wild Coast, Eastern Cape Wonderful opportunity for an experienced, resilient, and hands-on Management Couple to lead operations at an exclusive 5-star coastal lodge. This lodge is extremely remote — no nearby town, and daily life requires independence, initiative, and flexibility. If you thrive in nature, excel in 5-star hospitality, and value responsible community-based tourism, this may be a perfect fit. Requirements: · At least 5 years proven experience in a similar 5* Remote environment as a Management Couple A couple with complementary skills — one ideally strong in front-of-house, admin and 5-star guest relations, and the other with strong operational / maintenance / logistics capability Super flexible and adaptable- willing to jump in wherever needed and willing to get their hands dirty. Fit and healthy, understanding operational pressure and stress and able to deal with it in a productive way Strong ability to manage, train and upskill local staff with Cultural sensitivity and respect when working closely with the surrounding community- Xhosa/ Zulu speaking would be highly beneficial A genuine love for nature, isolation, and immersive wild environments- Any field guide/ nature conservation qualifications will be beneficial A proactive, self-reliant problem-solver who remains calm under pressure- excellent trouble shooting abilities in a very remote rural environment Valid Drivers License with PDP (at least 1 person) Key Responsibilities: Overseeing day-to-day lodge operations from the frontline Hosting and engaging with guests at 5-star standards, Ensuring refined service, attention to detail, and personalized guest experiences at all times. Building respectful, positive relationships with the local community- have a passion for community upliftment Staff supervision, training and development- all HR related matters Ensuring operational sustainability and logistics (power, water, fuel, supplies) Maintaining facilities and reporting on infrastructure needs Package: · Salary: R50 000 – R60 000 CTC for the couple · Accommodation onsite with meals Start Date: ASAP
