This is a rare opportunity to work in one of Africas most breathtaking locations, overseeing operations and ensuring world-class guest experiences.</p><p> Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge to maintain the highest standards of service.</p><p>Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team across multiple departments.</p><p>Ensure exceptional guest experiences, from arrival to departure.</p><p>Manage budgets, stock control, and costings to optimise efficiency.</p><p>Oversee maintenance and housekeeping standards throughout the property.</p><p>Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental policies.</p><p>Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and guest satisfaction.</p><p>?
