About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Estate Manager Couple to take joint responsibility for the day-to-day care and smooth running of a large, privately owned country estate in the UK. The roles will include comprehensive garden and grounds management, general property maintenance, and household service delivery, ensuring the estate is maintained to an exceptional standard year-round and when the owner is in residence an excellent experience is delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage gardens and grounds
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate contractors
- Oversee estate services
- Provide flexible and proactive support to owners’ requirements

- Proven experience working on private estates or similar high-standard properties
- Practical, discreet, trustworthy, and self-motivated individuals
- Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach
- Pride in workmanship is essential
