Maintenance Manager | Luxury Beachfront Lodge Mozambique | Live-in | Salary DOE Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to join a luxury beachfront lodge in Mozambique. This role is perfect for a proactive, technically skilled professional who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment and can manage both routine operations and larger projects. What they will be doing * Overseeing all lodge maintenance including plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, air conditioning, carpentry, solar, hot water, water treatment, sewerage, and generator operations * Managing preventative maintenance schedules and equipment upkeep * Leading maintenance projects and supervising teams * Controlling maintenance budgets, stock, tools, and supplier/contractor relationships * Implementing sustainability initiatives and maintaining high sustainability standards * Assisting with HR duties, staff performance management, quality control, and administrative tasks * Communicating effectively across departments and attending operational meetings Requirements * Certificate in electrical or mechanical engineering * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role * Valid driver’s licence and PRDP licence * Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure * Attention to detail, methodical and creative approach to tasks The details * Location: Mozambique * Live-in position * Salary: DOE If you do not hear back within 2 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
