The role requires strong managerial experience, a proactive approach, and the ability to ensure all facilities and systems operate at the highest standards.</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Minimum Experience & Qualifications:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"><br> 35 years experience in a 5-star hotel or similar high-end environment<br> Managerial experience in maintenance operations<br> Experience in planning and executing maintenance projects<br> Computer literacy<br> Solid technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems<br> Motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic approach<br> Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude<br> Willingness to work shifts and perform under pressure</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Key Responsibilities:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"><br> Take ownership of all maintenance challenges relating to plumbing, electrical, and general repairs<br> Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance procedures<br> Inspect facilities and identify effective solutions to challenges<br> Ensure regular servicing of refrigerators, air conditioners, and other equipment<br> Oversee general equipment, services, and external contractors<br> Maintain strong relationships with external service providers and contractors<br> Purchase and maintain stock levels required for daily maintenance operations<br> Manage the maintenance budget effectively</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">Package:</span></strong><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"><br> Salary: R30,000 R35,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience)<br> This role does not include accommodation; applicants must already reside in the area<br> Opportunity to take a key leadership position within a prestigious luxury hotel</span></p><p style="text-align:start"><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);">?
