Job Description

??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a highly respected luxury safari brand to recruit an experienced and dynamic ?????????? ?????? for their collection of camps in the Lower Zambezi. This exceptional opportunity calls for a seasoned couple with complementary strengths across hospitality operations, guest experience, and team leadership. Together, they will oversee the seamless running of multiple camps within one of Africas most remarkable wilderness areas, ensuring every aspect of operations meets the brands renowned standards of excellence. The position demands a collaborative leadership style, strong logistical understanding, and a genuine passion for creating transformative guest experiences. It is ideally suited to a couple with a proven track record managing high-end lodges or multi-property operations in remote environments. Requirements Hospitality degree or diploma or relevant qualification is essential At least 8 years experience managing multiple luxury safari lodges or camps within a remote environment Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor large and diverse teams across several locations Strong operational background, including logistics, procurement, maintenance planning, and supply chain management Hands-on approach to ensuring service excellence and maintaining brand standards across all guest touchpoints Demonstrated financial management skills with experience in budget control, reporting, and cost oversight Experience overseeing capital expenditure projects and ensuring the care and longevity of property assets Skilled in developing and implementing systems and procedures that promote operational efficiency Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Genuine passion for wilderness hospitality, conservation, and meaningful community engagement Previous experience working within Zambia or similar remote African locations advantageous Salary On application Live-in ?????? ????
