What will you do:

The Marketing Projects and Traffic Controller is a seasoned professional responsible for overseeing and streamlining marketing project workflows across multiple marketing functions within a brand-driven FMCG organisation. With extensive experience, this role ensures alignment with global best practices, strategic resource management, efficient process coordination and proactive problem-solving to consistently deliver within committed timelines.

What will you need:

– Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field
– Minimum 15 years of experience in managing marketing projects and cross-functional teams
– Strong organisational and project management skills
– Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management abilities
– Proficiency in project management tools
– Autonomous work capability, effective prioritisation and adaptability in dynamic environments
– Proactive approach with strong initiative and adaptability
– Expertise in prioritisation, strategic planning and delivering results independently
