About the Role

Join a globally recognised design brand known for its innovation and craftsmanship as a Merchandise Planner. You’ll play a vital role in turning art into business success, balancing numbers, trends, and strategy to ensure that every product tells a story while delivering strong performance across all retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic merchandise plans to optimise product availability and profitability.
  • Forecast sales, margins, and stock levels based on trends, seasonality, and business performance.
  • Partner with the buying and allocation teams to ensure that the right product reaches the right customer, at the right time.
  • Analyse weekly and monthly performance to identify growth opportunities and inform future planning.
  • Manage markdowns, replenishment, and stock allocation to drive sell-through and maximise margins.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Retail Planning, or a related field.
  • 3 years experience in merchandise planning or retail analytics (preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or design retail).
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in planning systems such as JustEnough, Oracle RMS, or similar.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Retail Planning, or a related field.
