• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Systems
• 3 5 years experience in IT systems administration / ERP / reporting systems
• Experience in the mining industry or heavy industrial / asset-intensive environment
• Hand-on experience with ERP platforms like SAP / Oracle / Sage / Microsoft Dynamics
• Knowledge of IT risk management and compliance frameworks
• Reporting and analytics such as Power BI, SQL
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset

Duties:

Operation of ERP and reporting systems, driving system improvements, and assisting in managing IT risk across the business

• Oversee and optimise the Companys ERP system, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and alignment with business needs
• Ensure integration of SAP B1 and optimize ERP modules for finance, supply chain and operations
• Assist in enhancing reporting systems, delivering accurate and timely insights to management
• Work closely with finance, operations and other departments to identify opportunities for system improvements
• Continuous improvement projects, including automation and system integration
• Identify, flag and monitor IT risks to ensure compliance with governance, security and audit
• Provide user support, training and act as a key link between end-users, IT teams and vendors
• System champion for all relevant systems in the organisation
• Assist the consultant with technical matters and submissions of support for internal and external audits
• New IT methods, techniques and procedures introduced are managed
• Ensure all SLAs relating to IT are in place
