About the Role
The National Coffee Manager will be responsible for leading the growth and expansion of our coffee division, driving sales initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and make a lasting impact on the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth and expansion of the coffee division, identifying new market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring satisfaction.
- Drive sales initiatives and collaborate with regional managers to achieve targets.
- Conduct workshops and training programs for staff and technicians, documenting all learning outcomes.
- Implement and maintain high-quality standards for coffee products and machines.
- Manage inventory efficiently and ensure SLAs are met across regions.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Provide technical support and advice related to coffee equipment and solutions.
- Enhance the overall customer experience, incorporating feedback to improve service.
