About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Office Manager & Showroom Assistant to join our dynamic team at Greys Recruitment. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and supporting our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in the showroom, selling products confidently
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally
- Process orders accurately using internal systems and CRM
- Maintain and update CRM data daily
- Track and update information in Google Sheets / Excel (intermediate+ skills)
- Support general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with packing orders and warehouse tasks when required
- Learn Shopify, CRM automations, and smarter operational workflows
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency
Requirements
- High-energy, positive, and professional attitude
- Confident communicator in-person and over the phone
- Comfortable selling and engaging customers
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills (not beginner level)
- Organised, accurate, and calm under pressure
- Fast learner with a growth mindset
- Willing to assist across the business as needed
- Previous showroom, retail, or sales experience
- Experience with CRM systems or Shopify
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automations)
