Job Summary
Requirements of the role:
Duties:
- Install, configure, and ensure correct settings for engineering and design applications on user machines.
- Provide technical guidance and user support for engineering and design applications.
- Collaborate with Engineering Systems Specialists to develop and maintain system standards and libraries.
- Contribute to the strategic development of engineering systems and related applications.
- Drive continuous improvement, extract material take-offs, and generate daily Navisworks 3D models.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Engineering qualification in Process, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Design/CAD experience is advantageous.
- Programming experience (e.g., VBA, C#, SQL) is beneficial.
- Strong computer skills, with knowledge of CAD applications, relational databases, and spreadsheets.
- Experience with the AVEVA suite, Microsoft Windows, and networking environments, along with an understanding of integrated design systems and engineering information flow.
