- 3–4 years of relevant experience.

Candidate Responsibilities:
- Maintain a polished appearance and uphold hygiene standards.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Guide and support team development through hands-on training.
- Coordinate food and beverage service, guest activities, and logistics.
- Handle orders and lodge supplies with budget awareness and timeliness.
- Monitor styling consistency and communicate updates with training teams.
- Oversee administrative tasks, beverage inventory, and guest preferences.
- Lead conservation efforts, internal storytelling, and social media updates.
- Organize staff engagement initiatives and promote cross-property exchanges.
- Respond flexibly to guest needs and ensure personalized experiences.
- Uphold brand values and sustainability across all departments.
