This beautiful Wine Estate and a la carte restaurant perched high on the hills in the Overberg offers daily a la carte lunch and dinner at the contemporary super chic “look-out” restaurant as well as Terrace functions and events for businesses, private parties and weddings. We are in search of a SENIOR PASTRY CDP for the production of all desserts, artisan breads and pastries and to oversee run the the pastry section during service. Function prep is also required and serviced from the the same kitchen. REQUIREMENTS: Formal pastry cheffing qualification At least 3 years experience in a FAST-PACED fine dining / 5-star hotel kitchen Strong knowledge and skill working with a wide range of desserts, artisan breads, confectioneries and pastries Excellent plating skills and refined attention to detail Able to collaborate with other team members for EFFICIENCY & SPEED Effective communication skills in ENGLISH
