‍ PEOPLE (HR) INTERN VACANCY ‍ Salary Negotiable (DOE) | Live-out Luxury Safari Lodge | Kruger National Park We are seeking a People (HR) Intern to provide HR compliance and administrative support while gaining practical exposure across the full employment life cycle in a luxury hospitality environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to learn all facets of HR. Key responsibilities: • Compile starter packs for new employees and input records into the HR system • Assist with payroll submissions and HR-related staff inquiries • Post job advertisements, screen CVs, and organize interviews • Support personnel administration and employee information management • Assist with office management, training bookings, company events, and BBBEE administration • Support all HR generalist duties and employment life cycle tasks Requirements: • Grade 12 / Matric certificate essential • Diploma in Human Resource Management essential • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent interpersonal, organisation, and administration skills • Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, reliable, and punctual • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality If no response is received within 10 business days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
