This role requires a discreet and efficient professional to assist with day-to-day operations and ensure smooth management of the lodge.</p><p> Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the General Manager.</p><p>Manage schedules, appointments, and communications effectively.</p><p>Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.</p><p>Assist with project management and follow-up on action points.</p><p>Liaise with various departments to facilitate efficient operations.</p><p>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.</p><p>? Requirements:</p><p>Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality or remote lodge environments.</p><p>Exceptional organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.</p><p>Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</p><p>Proficiency in administrative and office software.</p><p>Flexibility and adaptability to live in a remote location.</p><p>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</p><p>?
