Requirements:
- Electrical Engineering Qualification /Trade Certificate with a wireman’s licence in the relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Own vehicle and valid driver`s license.
- Experience and knowledge in PLC and Robotics.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair industrial machines.
- Ensure that all equipment and machinery are running within specification.
- Supervise and mentor Assistants on the job.
- Ensure apprentice staff are trained and developed based on required training needs.
- Follow all Health and Safety rules and standards and report all safety hazards, accidents and incidents.
- Follow the daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedule for equipment and machinery.
- Be on standby as required by the organisation.
- All administrative functions related to the position.
Salary:
Hourly Pay Rate – R144/hr
