Hire Resolve’s client, an independent logistics company is searching for an experience Project Manager to join their team in Dubai, must be a South African citizen.

????????????????:

• Understand client requirements and perform quantity take–offs based on marking and RCP drawings.
• Prepare BOQ by analyzing specification sheets and identifying discrepancies between BOQ, drawings,
  and contract conditions.
• Monitor and control costs throughout the project, identifying cost–saving opportunities.
• Participate in pre–tender activities with clients, architects, and project managers, raising relevant pre–
  bid queries.
• Prepare initial quotes and contracts in coordination with the sales team.
• Collaborate with the design team to analyze architectural and service drawings.
• Manage the valuation of work done, handling claims and variations effectively.
• Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises to optimize project outcomes.
• Prepare interim and final valuations, variations, and claims for the construction site.
• Provide regular progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability

????????????:

• Bachelors degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting, preferably in logistics facility
  construction.
• Proven experience working on construction projects in African markets.
• Sound knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, cost management techniques, and relevant software tools.
• Familiarity with contract administration and legal aspects of construction projects.
• Strong analytical and problem–solving skills with excellent negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex details.
