About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee solar energy projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical knowledge of solar systems, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards. This role is critical for the successful delivery of renewable energy solutions while maintaining safety, compliance, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of solar projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance Manage project risks, issues, and changes proactively Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and environmental standards Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and performance for management and clients Liaise with clients to manage expectations, provide updates, and resolve issues Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3-5 years experience managing technical or renewable energy projects Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in solar project management, construction, or electrical installations Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multi-disciplinary teams Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites Skills & Competencies Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Financial awareness and ability to manage project budgets Professional; detail-oriented, and solution-focused
