About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Blockman to join our team in Mauritius, working in a small boutique high street butchery supplying restaurants. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of meats and develop strong knife skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cut meat products for restaurant supply
- Maintain efficient and accurate workflow
- Ensure understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Work reliably and organisationally

- 3+ years proven experience as a butcher/blockman (or alternative experience as a retiree)
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
