Position: Receptionist/Administrator Location: Phoenix Industrial Park, Durban Minimum Qualifying Criteria: Matric Diploma or Certificate in Administration would be advantageous 3-4 years of experience in a reception/administrative role. Experience with switchboard operations, debtors, and creditors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Strong Excel Skills, Word, and Outlook Roles and

Responsibilities:

Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and clients. Handle incoming call duties, answering and directing calls, taking messages, and responding to emails. Provide administrative support with debtors and creditors, including invoicing, reconciliations, and statement processing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases. Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Provide support to the management team and other departments as required.
