Minimum Qualifying Criteria:
- Matric
- Diploma or Certificate in Administration would be advantageous
- 3-4 years of experience in a reception/administrative role.
- Experience with switchboard operations, debtors, and creditors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office,
- Strong Excel Skills, Word, and Outlook
Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
- Handle incoming call duties, answering and directing calls, taking messages, and responding to emails.
- Provide administrative support with debtors and creditors, including invoicing, reconciliations, and statement processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Provide support to the management team and other departments as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
