About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Refrigeration Administrator to join our team at Greys Recruitment. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide administrative support to technicians, drivers, and engineers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide admin support to technicians, drivers, and engineers
- Log calls and updates in Outlook, trackers, and system integrations
- Dispatch technicians within SLA timeframes
- Plan routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare and distribute quotes and invoices for repairs
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate (NQF 4)
- Relevant qualification in Administration, Business, or a related field
- Computer literate with intermediate MS Office skills
- Experience in a client service or administrative environment
- 1–2 years’ experience as a Data Capturer is preferred
