About the Role
Workforce Staffing Africa is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their Parktown team. If you are detail-driven, organised, and confident handling high-volume payrolls across African regions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and verify timesheets for payment
- Submit timesheets and supporting documents to Group Wage Department
- Validate leave hours and ensure accuracy
- Check payrolls for correct rates, hours, overtime, leave, and deductions (AODs, transport recoveries, etc.)
- Assist with payroll queries and escalate system errors
- Ensure adequate cash flow for wage payments
- Support accurate invoicing
Requirements
Matric + Business Administration qualification (NQF 5)
2+ years payroll experience
Experience processing high-volume payrolls for African countries
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent written & verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy
