Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Lead operational strategy and performance improvement initiatives. Oversee the implementation of HACCP, Lean manufacturing, and other quality processes . Drive staff training and development aligned with continuous improvement goals. Ensure cost-effective and risk-mitigated OPEX execution. Set and monitor KPIs to optimize operations and efficiency. Standardize SOPs and best practices for manufacturing processes. Work closely with teams on quality, food safety, human safety, and capital projects . Conduct international travel (approx. 50%) across operations in Africa. What Were Looking For: Engineering Degree or Milling/Feed & Food Sciences Certification . 10 years of managerial experience in milling, baking, or feed industry operations. Strong technical knowledge of agricultural commodities. Proven expertise in process optimization and troubleshooting. Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills. Fluency in English and French . Experience working in developing countries is a plus.
