About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is excited to partner with a luxury safari camp based in Zambia to fill the role of Reservationist. The successful candidate will be part of a prestigious safari operation delivering seamless luxury travel experiences, working closely with internal teams and agents to ensure accurate booking details.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process all reservation enquiries, bookings, amendments, and cancellations
- Liaise with agents, tour operators, and internal lodge teams to ensure accurate booking details
- Maintain up-to-date reservation systems, rate structures, and availability
- Prepare confirmations, itineraries, and guest information accurately and timeously
- Ensure all special requests and guest preferences are communicated clearly to operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in reservations within a luxury lodge, safari camp, or travel environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
- Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office
