About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is pleased to present a unique opportunity for an experienced Reservationist to join our esteemed client, a luxury safari camp based in Zambia. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven individual with a strong background in luxury travel or lodge reservations to manage their reservation operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process all reservation enquiries, bookings, amendments, and cancellations
  • Liaise with agents, tour operators, and internal lodge teams to ensure accurate booking details
  • Maintain up-to-date reservation systems, rate structures, and availability
  • Prepare confirmations, itineraries, and guest information accurately and timeously
  • Ensure all special requests and guest preferences are communicated clearly to operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in reservations within a luxury lodge, safari camp, or travel environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office

  • Bachelor’s degree (not specified)

Salary & Benefits

R24,000 – R30,000 (Negotiable DOE)
