Reservationist Luxury Safari Camp | Zambia Salary: R24,000 – R30,000 (Negotiable DOE) Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Reservationist on behalf of a luxury safari camp based in Zambia. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and service-driven individual with a strong background in luxury travel or lodge reservations. Key Responsibilities Manage and process all reservation enquiries, bookings, amendments, and cancellations Liaise with agents, tour operators, and internal lodge teams to ensure accurate booking details Maintain up-to-date reservation systems, rate structures, and availability Prepare confirmations, itineraries, and guest information accurately and timeously Ensure all special requests and guest preferences are communicated clearly to operations Uphold the camp’s luxury service standards throughout the booking process Requirements Previous experience in reservations within a luxury lodge, safari camp, or travel environment Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Professional, guest-focused approach This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious safari operation and play a key role in delivering seamless luxury travel experiences.
