Job Description

This lodge is based in North West and offers a luxurious and intimate experience, catering to a limited number of guests to ensure privacy and personalized service. The property features elegant suites, world-class dining, and exceptional attention to detail, creating an atmosphere of refined tranquility. Guests enjoy close-up wildlife encounters, fine hospitality, and a seamless blend of sophistication and authentic bush living. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality as FOH/Reservations. Responsible for reservations and FOH duties Good Communication skills are also a must and maintaining high standards of service and hospitality to exceed guest expectations. This individual should also be able to assist with general administration at the lodge therefore strong administrative and organizational abilities essential. Coordinate bookings/reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently taking and processing payments. Curio shop sales and monthly stock take. Experience on PANHospitality reservations and accounting system would be a huge advantage. Duties will also include hosting of guests/agents and handling guest inquiries, concerns or complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner. Good command of the English language is a necessity as they will be dealing with mostly international guests. Further responsibilities will be doing room checks and overseeing housekeeping department. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure and leading by example is very important. Availability to work flexible hours and extra hours when required. Own transport Package: R11 000 R14 000 p/m depending on experience. Accommodation: Live-in position provided with a one-bedroom house (regrettably no pets or dependents). Meals & uniform provided Work Cycle: 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Annual leave Medical aid (after 3 months) Provident fund (after 3 months) UIF contribution This is a live-in position.
