RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER, FIVE STAR LUXURY HOTEL, ABU DHABI Luxury Hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to run their farm to table concept. Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury or Michelin-starred establishment. • Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant and bar operations. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; articulate and well-spoken. • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. • Superior knowledge of wines, mixology, and current beverage trends. • In-depth understanding of global culinary trends and ability to engage guests in intelligent conversations about food and beverage. • Forward-thinking, revenue-driven, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. • Executive presence and professional demeanor. • Advanced sales and negotiation skills. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
