We have a vacancy for a General Restaurant Manager at an upscale Italian caf / restaurant in the Jhb West Rand area. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of restaurant management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management or General Manager role. Strong operational management skills are a must, along with the ability to manage the entire restaurant operation. Candidates should be articulate and fluent in English. We will consider applicants with a consistent work history and excellent references. Proficiency in cash reconciliation, stock management, and opening and closing procedures is required. Preference will be given to those with a comprehensive understanding of restaurant administration and financial matters. The successful candidate should be energetic, passionate, and motivated to succeed, with the ability to perform well under pressure and lead a team effectively.
