About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at a luxurious lodge in Namibia. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant staff during service
- Ensure service standards and SOPs are followed
- Assist with staff training and mentoring
- Handle guest requests and minor complaints
- Support stock checks and closing procedures
